Energy Healing is a deep restorative session blending Usui Holy Fire® Reiki & Karuna Reiki, crystal healing, and intuitive guidance. Reiki is an ancient Japanese practice that gently invites your nervous system into a state of deep rest (the “rest and digest” state), where your body is empowered to naturally heal itself.

During the session, I’ll energetically scan your body, focusing on your energy centers (or chakras) to clear any blocks. I also incorporate other tools for extra clarity and support. This work not only clears energetic blockages but also leaves you feeling more grounded, centered, and empowered.
