    Usui Reiki is the traditional form of Reiki, focusing on healing and relaxation by channeling Universal Life Force Energy into the body. It involves specific symbols and hand positions to balance the body’s energy and support physical, emotional, and mental health.

    Kundalini Reiki, developed more recently, focuses on personal growth and spiritual awakening by activating and clearing the body’s energy centers (chakras). It’s simpler, using direct energy work to awaken the Kundalini energy for transformation and healing.

    Both practices use energy healing, but Usui Reiki is more structured with a focus on healing, while Kundalini Reiki emphasizes spiritual growth and chakra alignment.

  • Certifications can be done online or in person. Depending on the style and level of the course, please allocate a minimum of 5 hours for the certification process (class, practices and attunement). If done in group, estimate an 8 hour day.

    You will receive a comprehensive Reiki manual, hands-on training, practical exercises, knowledge on the history of these practices and attunement where you will receive the symbols (Usui) to begin your practice right away. You will also receive a certification upon completion.

Let’s Dive Deeper

  • In this Reiki Level I course, you will learn about the history of Reiki and its principles as taught by its founder Mikao Usui. You will learn about the benefits of this ancient healing technique and how to become a practitioner. We will go through the details of how to give treatment to yourself, others, animals and more and you will be attuned to Reiki's first symbol, Cho Ku Rei.

  • In this Reiki Level II course, we will review the contents of Reiki I and introduce two new symbols. You will learn how to treat yourself and others at a deeper level, and the techniques to move beyond time and space with distance Reiki. Reiki II incorporates mental, emotional and quantum healing into your practice. You will be attuned to the symbols of Sei He Ki and Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen.

  • Dive into self-mastery in this level that connects you profoundly with Universal Life Force. You will review and learn how to teach Level 1, 2 and the Master level, and how to pass attunements. 

    You will learn kidney breathing, Dragon Breath and the final two symbols: Dai Ko Myo and Raku. In this course, you will experience your soul as the true Master/Teacher you are!
