I don’t just ask deep questions, I help you find real answers. My background in Journalism taught me how to look beyond the surface and really listen for what matters. That same skill now helps my clients get honest with themselves, communicate clearly, and show up with confidence. Together, we cut through the stories that keep you stuck and find the clarity that moves you forward.

The No-BS Coach

I’m not here to sugarcoat. I’ll hype you up when you need it and lovingly call you out when you need that too. My Latina roots have shaped me into someone who’s both nurturing and direct. I’ll hold you with care, but I’ll also keep you accountable. I believe you’re closer than you think to the life you want, and I’ll be right beside you while you build it.

The Energy Worker

Healing goes beyond mindset—it starts in the body. I blend Reiki, somatic healing, and mindfulness to help you cultivate deep inner safety and bring your nervous system back into balance. When you master the skill of self-soothing and understanding your energy, you unlock the transformative power that actually lasts.

The Fun Stuff

Outside of my practice, you can find me dancing, travelling, or creating something with my hands. I’m big on kitchen dance parties, nature walks, and hugs. My cat Juno joins me for daily dance breaks, reminding me that joy is medicine too. Play keeps me grounded, curious, and full of life, and I bring the same energy into our work together.
